Two female adventurers are presenting slideshows on Wednesday, Feb. 2nd at Ed's Cantina in Estes Park.  These shows will be featured upstairs at Ed’s, start at 7:30pm,  and include free admission, a cash bar, and a big raffle with prizes from Marmot and Estes Park merchants.

Local world class sport climber Paige Claassen will open the evening with her show, Playtime in Paradise, in which she will share stories on growing up as a climber in Estes Park.  Read more about Paige here in this interview from Urban Climber magazine.

Photographer and writer Nicole Dreon from Truckee, California will present her show, Players on a Wild Continent, about women athletes in Africa.  Read more about Nicole on her blog here.

Proceeds from the raffle will  benefit Bring Light, the only girls and women’s soccer team in  the besieged town of Goma,  in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
