This has been one of the best autumn seasons for the range of colours in the alpine zone of Rocky Mountain National Park.   On this beautiful October day, we enjoyed a casual hike with young Finley to the Chasm Lake below the east face of Longs Peak.

I just returned from Red Rocks, Nevada on Tuesday after a 9 day stint of AMGA work in this most amazing rock climbing destination.  Photos and stories of that trip and updates on current conditions in RMNP will be following later this week.
